Salt Lake City Solar Field

This project emphasized the use of 2MW Solar power generation. The site of the field was located on an old landfill that had been capped years ago and was not able to be used for any purpose because of it being a landfill. We used 5 acres to install the solar field. It is estimated this solar field produces enough electricity to power 270 homes reducing carbon emissions by more than 4 million pounds (that is equal to taking more than 400 cars off the road).
