Post-Project Electrical Maintenance Services
After the completion of a project, our dedicated service team is there to give our customers peace of mind. As we are committed to our customers, we want to make sure continued support is available after the Taylor Electric team has left the jobsite.
Just before a project completion, we will assign a service technician to the project. The assigned technician will then meet with the project superintendent, who will take them on a thorough and complete walkthrough of the job. The technician will become familiar with the details of the work that has been completed, as well as any features specific to the project.
During project close-out, we provide the owner with the contact information for the project’s assigned service technician so that if any warranty items come up, they have a reliable and knowledgeable contact.
