WAXIE Sanitary Supply

This new building included 80,000 square foot warehouse as well as 28,000 square foot class-A office space. The project earned LEED Silver. A new 3,000A service provides for current needs as well as planned future expansions. High-efficiency lighting was used throughout the project. Lighting is controlled from a centralized control system and included local override. The warehouse utilizes a state-of-the-art robotic high-bay racking retrieval system.
