The panels are motorized allowing them the follow the location of the sun to provide maximum solar energy throughout the daylight hours. There are six production studios used for education and television production along with numerous classrooms and administrative facilities. The lighting, light dimming and controls are state of the art and provide maximum light controllability for the facility. Other special systems for the project include Fire Alarm, Card Access, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, Intercom, Clock, Telecom and Data low voltage systems.
