Brigham Young University Heritage Housing: Buildings 7 & 8
This project is two building totaling 136,600 square feet. Each building is 4 stories with 35 units of residential living space. The buildings are constructed over BYU’s extensive campus utility tunnel system, which brings 12470 volt power to each building. The level of quality and attention to detail throughout these units lives up to the high standards of the Brigham Young University Campus. These buildings contain campus interconnected fire alarm systems. The exterior of the buildings are secured with Access control system, and monitored by CCTV. All the buildings within the Heritage complex are supplied with emergency power for egress and lighting from a central campus generator system.
