The new high-end office space is over 20,000 square feet on computer raised floor. All the power and data is ran under the floor in cable tray. The lighting is all LED with a lighting control system that has day light harvesting to control the light level. The space includes multiple offices, conference rooms, mother’s rooms and a large kitchen area.
