Layton Construction: Office Building

Layton Construction Level 1 Remodel is a 20,000 sf upgrade to the existing office space located in the north building of Layton Construction Campus in Sandy Utah. This project consisted of upgrading all lighting, power, and AV for the open office, training room, board rooms, meeting rooms, conference room and restrooms. Some of the lighting features include LED lighting for direct, indirect and accent lighting, network lighting control, wireless lighting control mounted on glass panel walls. The lighting, AV, window shade control of the board room and training room are fully integrated, providing simple control off all systems for the end user.
