The new VISA headquarters is located in Lehi Utah; This 5-story building is full of offices, conference rooms, and cubicles along with amenities that make the work day more enjoyable for the employees. Some of these amenities include a juice bar called “the hive”, a game room and lounge area. The lighting fixtures that were used on this project are unique and give the space a modern look. They also have outdoor recreation including a volleyball court, BBQ Grills and a pathway to encourage the bike lending system that they have put in place. This project is LEED certified. The building also has a 500 KW Cummins generator and a 160 KVA UPS for back up use. All of the lighting is LED and is accompanied by a state of the art Lighting Control System.
