University of Utah: Alumni House

This project included the renovation/remodel and addition to the existing 15,000 SF Alumni House Building.  Half of the existing building was demolished, and the remaining structure was incorporated into the new 34,000 SF two-story structure (with partial basement) that includes offices, board rooms, banquet/reception halls, ballrooms and conference rooms.
